Wine of light yellow colour with a subtle green reflection. Very clear and precise aromas. Notes of Mediterranean herbs open up combined with elegant aromas of apricot, peach and green apple, with typical hints of acacia flower. Very soft on the palate, medium-bodied, with nicely balanced acidity and alcohol. Pairs well with white fish starters, crabs and white meat.
